SD 7.5 - Ability to disable models in the SD.IncidentManagementSimple using a permission
As it is possible to create process actions for nearly every task a servicedesk operator has to do it should be usefull to be able to disable some models in the SD.IncidentManagementSimple workflow.
For example, I did develop a Webform that controls the escalation using external data and conditions not available in the rules so that I would like to disable the Reasign Ticket and Set Ownership models.
Now, we can not - must not - change the incident workflow in order to allow upgrades.
My suggestion is to use a permission in the SD.IncidentManagementSimple Worklow so that any user without the permission can not see the model. The control is made in the "Conditionally Use Model"
