Send e-mail to external address not possible

Current behavior:

It is not possible to send a e-mail to external address. There are only contacts from the Service Desk allowed.

Expected behavior:

Any valid e-mail address should be accepted and not just from the contacts list

Reasoning:

External service providers will ordered by the service desk. For example: Printer defect. A technician from the manufacturer is required to repair.

This is actually something that could impact us. We do have ad-hoc (non-ad accounts) in SD that we use now for contractors who do and perform repairs on such things as printers. The primary tech, who has an ID in SD, might want to send an email back to their shop from a ticket but wouldn't be allowed to.

This has already been addressed in an updated Workflow installer for ServiceDesk 7.5 MP1 and the upcoming Apollo release.
