Send email to external contacts in ServiceDesk 7.5 ticket view

It seems you cannot send an email to an external contact without this contact being known in the ServiceDesk portal from the incident process view actions.

This functionality is pretty much used by all my Helpdesk/ServiceDesk customers.

Please embed this functionality out-of-the-box again in ServiceDesk 7.5.x

This functionality is part of the upcoming ServiceDesk Apollo release later this year. Also An update to Workflow is available for customer's running ServiceDesk 7.5 MP1 to address this functionality as well.

Please contact Symantec Technical Support to be provided with the updated Workflow installer.
