It would be good if the Backup path can be customized NOT to dump the content into C:\Program Files\Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager\data\backup directory.
The scheduled option is great but I cannot use it since it will fill up my C: drive quickly.

Yes, I've been browsing around to look for a way to save the location into different drive but I cannot seems to find it.
In the steps #6. Copy the backup database file to another computer. that is not what I want to do every week.
Scripting it with batch file + Scheduled task is also not the ideal solution.
But thanks anyway Pete :-)

Yes that is what I've been waitingt for.

When you install SEPM you can chose where the data folder is located. The data folder is used for backups. Is there some reason that this option does not work for you?
Elisha,
thanks for the reply the reason is that the previous person who installed the SEPM already installed in C:\ drive so I don't know if it is possible with SEPM v12.1 RU1 MP1 to change the location of the backup directory without reinstalling ?
