On SEPM 12.1, user may get "Server health is Poor" notification mail.
Currently , "free memory usage" is part of theshold of this notification but it looks hard-coded.
So if SEPM is installed on low memory machine (but is greater than system requiremnt. e.g. RAM is 2GB), we would get "Server health is Poor" notification mail, especially when running DB backup.
So it would be nice if user can modify this threshold by some way, UI or conf.properties.
