Hi,
When we do repair of SEPM or run management server configuratin wizard. It will prompt you for DBA password
Many users don't remember password or when administrator leaves the company he doesn't share it. For Other issues troubleshooting stops due to DBA password.

Database password recovey plays a major role during disaster recovery and much of the data is being lost without being recovered . As on date there isn't a reliable procedure to recover dba password , This
idea should be taken into consideration or the importance of saving password for future use should be emphasised while being setup .

For an SQL database you can change the password at will.

DBA password review OR reset
I had a same problem while I was going to repare SEP Manager.
Could you help me to reset DBA password please?
I have read previously the following article:
