Service Desk Application Password Attempts
Provide the ability to change the number of password attempts before a Service Desk user gets locked out of their account. Since password security already exists to get access to our internet in order to access the Service Desk application, we don't need the same password attempt restriction.
Sometimes when we have Service Desk application issues that prevent users from accessing the Service Desk application and they continue to try signing on until they get locked out. Then when the system becomes available, the administrators have to unlock each individual's account which can be a very time consuming effort.
