ServiceDesk 7.5: Sort Process Type Actions
This may seem trivial but having the ability to sort and move around Process Type Actions would be great. Adding a new action adds it to the top of the list but on an incident this can bury other actions such as editing an incident. Having the ability to also add dividers would be great too. This would allow us to create sections in the Process Type Actions box such as those relating to research and those relating to the incident directly.
