As part of the new indexing engine in EV10, it is now possible to choose to create a single or multiple indexing locations from the advanced policy for the EV server properties. When creating single index locations (create multiple locations is set to 'no') a sub-folder called index1 is created in the location chosen. This is redundant, and also slightly annoying when you come to create 'location2' and want all index locations created under the same root path.
