SMSMSE usage of Message Header
Hello,
I was just wondering, whether the following integration would make sense, as through the AntiSpam Module in SMSMSE the basics are given...
Assuming we have a Messaging Gateway and are using SPF as well as Sender ID and DKIM, that is all in a way related to the Antispam technology, I would like to take advantage of a Message Header with the Mail Security for Exchange or even Domino and put theses messages in case directly to the Junk Mail Folder.
From the basic approach it can be made different with prepend the subject line or take message actions on the Mail Gateway, but actually it would unnecessarily worry the users in certain cases of working with subject line prepend or when the message is deleted...
Especially talking in a position of a Service Provider you can give the opportunity via mail header, but leave it up to the mail security on the backend side to take care of this kind of gray emails.
What do you think?
Cheers, toby

Hi Toby,
This is definitely a good idea and we will be looking to allowing the ability to filter against the message header to provide this type of functionality.

I think this has been solved in native exchange:

Thanks Paul. If you need more input from what I was thinking we can have a quick call when its necessary, but I think the basics are always the same only the use cases would be different.
Cricket I think the Headers would bring a lot of more value on the SMSMSE. Just a few use cases.
- Having a Cloud based messaging environment and inhous store/backend server but you act in a role as a service provider
- DLP
- Disclaimer
- Special Content Policies
I think it could be done also with Exchange, but when you have a few security related policies you would want those also reportable what isnt given with Exchange.

This has been a tried & tested header to attract message users to open your message. There must be great about the speech free in that header. http://www.allbestmessages.com/sms-text-messages/S...
