Solve status code 85, TCP buffer size

If need to improve the backup performancce without any problem you need to create NET_BUFFER_SZ in netbackup directory.  Sometimes there are a problem cause in netbackup because there are many packets on TCP, and status coed 85 with be available in your daily jobs, specially when use VTL storage.

I do not understand what you are suggesting - are you requesting a solution, or suggesting an across the board configuration change to set the NET_BUFFER_SZ value on installation?
