When creating a subtask template in SD 7.5, you cannot save (you can input them correctly) description text in multiple lines.

This makes it sometimes hard to read.

Please modify the inputbox component to save the multi-line values as typed.

The issue with multi-line text boxes not properly respecting the line breaks has been addressed. For customers running the 7.5 MP1 version of ServiceDesk an updated Workflow engine installer is available to help address this issue.

Please be aware that some projects still may not function as expected without modification(Email monitor & tech feeder form are known) as develop attempted to resolve this issue in the projects prior to the issue being addressed in the Workflow engine.

This functionality is also included in the pending ServiceDesk Apollo release.
