Symantec Desktop Laptop Option Report required as per customer requirements compair to other OEM tools
Dear Symantec Product Management Team for Symantec Desktop Laptop Option,
We got following types of reporting requirement from our DLO Clients related to Reporting, as we check DLO software is providing only basic alert and report from their GUI. for reporting it’s also not integrate with other Symantec SSIM or IT-analytics type enterprise based product also there are no Database schema shared for DLO. Also clients comparing with other OEM tools reporting for the same.
So after discussion had with Symantec support team on "Case # 05161173 - DLO Reporting" we are creating this enhancement request.
Symantec Desktop Laptop Option Reporting requirement as per customer requirement.
- Summarized by Computer and User
- Summarized by Computer and assigned profile
- Summarized by User and assigned profile
- Total number of DLO User backup status as (Backup complete, failed, missed, cancelled within same consolidated report
- Need to create single report of group of users, computers by adding comma or semicolons.
- DLO User backup storage utilization by all user summarized by profile and computer.
- Graphical report and alert for providing backup status to senior management.
- Pie chart or column chart based reports.
- DLO server Health status
- Total Organization DLO backup health status in single console.
- User backup start notification as pop-up to user or email notification in case of user required.
- All report should be weekly, daily, quarterly, yearly basis,
- Schedule Report should be provided to the User (Data Owner)
- Need to create customized report and alert for Details about profile configuration and changes.
- Backup User Cancel notification Schedule alert to user as well as Administrator by Same email notification.
