Symantec Messaging Gateway - Spam Quarantine Suggestions
I'm doing a trial of the Symantec Messaging Gateway as a possible replacement for our current product. During the trial, I'm putting "Suspected Spam" in the spam quarantine and going through it. The problem: If I select a few messages and click "This is Spam", it takes a long time for the web page to come back and let me do anything else. Selecting 7 or 8 messages takes around 30 seconds for example. I think that SMG is actually waiting for those messages to be sent before the page refreshes. Selecting 100 messages means the page never comes back. My thought is to handle sending those messages in the background and let the page come back immediately
It would be nice to be able to sort the messages in the Spam Quarantine
It would be nice to be able to filter for submitted / not submitted messages in the Spam quarantine.
I would like to see a new column of information in the spam quarantine that would tell me what rule/filter/etc put the message in the quarantine.
