System Activity Reports
Currently I am able to track a case user's activity from logging in, tagging documents through to logging out. However, if I come across an issue with a user that has system rights across multiple cases then this is much harder.
For example, a system administrator comes to his desk in the morning to find himself locked out of his account. This is potentially a security risk that is hard to trace as he won't have logged into a case but the main system window. If I want to track this activity I would have to look at the server.log file.
I would request that there be an activity report function made available outside of individual cases to give a more thorough tracking of users activity.
