Type of OS not seen under "Client System" View
Hello,
When we change the View of Client Groups to "Client System", we see the Operating System. However we don't see the Type of Operating System (32 bit or 64 bit).
Again, when we export the Client Status logs, we see the Operating System however, it does not state the Type of Operating System (32 bit or 64 bit).
It shows the Processor Type either from the x86 /x64 bit family, which is the Processor Type. Again, There is no way to differentiate Processor Type and the Operating System Type.
We are able to the see the Type of Operating System 32 bit or 64 bit when we use the "Find Unmanaged Clients" Feature.
Could we see this worked upon in the up coming versions or Next Release where the User should not take pain for creating different Client Groups (32 / 64 bit) and get those under a single "Client System" view. Also he can easily differentiate if the OS is 32 / 64 Bit and Processor is from x86 /x64 bit family ?

Been wanting that for a long time.
good idea. Definitely, there should be the possibility to easily check it on the SEPM console
What updates (service packs and hotfixes) are released for Backup Exec 2012 version?
This idea seems like it would be easy enough to implement in the SEPM, so "thumbs up" from me.
Keep in mind, though, that the SEPM is not designed as an auditing tool to gather and display comprehensive infomation about all the clients in a network: it's designed for keeping that network secure. &: )
With thanks and best regards,
Mick
Gr8 Idea... Waiting to see this in future release.
