While I understand the use case of a particular folder being needed offline I am not submitting this idea as an enhancement request because we are not investing in making Vault Cache more able to be a document sharing tool. In most normal Vault Cache use cases (involving a laptop) the user owns or uses the laptop on a regular basis and in which case has a cache built out already. Support for a mobile end-user accessing lots of different end points can be catered for by removing the content cache element of Vault Cache and storing the necessary documents in a suitable location for offline access.
