VOM customizable through RBAC

In larger environments the VOM GUI easily gets cramped with information users don't need. The GUI should be customized based on the role based access controles. Means GUI components should be visible or invisible based on the role of the user.
Examples:
-Unix Admins don't need to see Windows machines
-Oracle Admins should only see their oracle machines

This requirement is being designed and is on the roadmap
a vom user is automatically a monitor user to all configured clusters.
A user should only see what he is allowd to see.
e.g. The DBAs only should see and manage the database servicegroups/clusters and should not see all the rest of the environment.
can you give me some details on the community that work on RBAC (RBAC repository, the website of the Community list of conference, a mailing list, any contact that you found it useful)
