There should be a better way of reporting bugs. I raised a support issue to report a bug, and was directed to report the bug as a feature request through Symantec Connect. The scripts used by the support operators can not handle bugs. It seems that bugs are unlikely to be found in a search  because there are no appropriate tags. I suspect this is probably generic to all Symantec products, ...

When tagging a discussion, the list of OS'es should include Server 2003 Server 2003 R2 Server 2008 Server 2008 R2 Server 2012 Server 2012 R2 These are distinct OS'es which require different answers and should be be lumped together, like the current list which lumps Server 2003 and Server 2008.  The current list also does not include Server 2012 and Server 2012 R2.
