Attempting to open Exchange data in GRO console generates an error 'mailbox store stores the STM and EDB files on different disk. This is not a supported configuration'
Following successful Symantec System Recovery (SSR) 2011 backups of an Exchange 2003 server, attempts to open the Exchange Mail tab in the GRO console fails with the error below, when attempting to prepare the Storage Group;
"The message store mailbox store stores the STM and EDB files on different disk. This is not a supported configuration."
EDB & STM files are being stored on the same disk.
Image volumes are mounted correctly and restores of files via the 'Files and Folder' tab can be completed without issue.
