The Backup Exec Remote Agent for Windows Systems service (beremote.exe) on a media server intermittently crashes in ntdll.dll after applying Hotfix 195395 when backing up a VMware guest machine.

Same issue is also found in Backup Exec 2012. A hotfix 199866 is available for same.
