Cannot mount recovery point or open in GRO when source volume is 1TB or more

 Unable to mount recovery point when source volume is 1TB or larger. Mount
process shows 'Error E98F0032'.

The same recovery point can be opened within GRO. However, when expanding the
file system of the 1TB volume, the following error is seen:

Unable to mount any of the requested recovery points

(i) Make sure you are running the same version of BESR this computer and the
Exchange server

(ii) Download and apply any service packs for BESR and this program

(iii) Try mounting a different recovery point

A supported hotfix has been made available for this issue. Please contact Symantec Technical Support to obtain this fix. This hotfix has not yet gone through any extensive Q&A testing. Consequently, if you are not adversely affected by this problem and have a satisfactory temporary workaround in place, we recommend that you wait for the public release of this hotfix.
