Title
Enterprise Vault Site Enumeration in Backup Selections will go into loop if Enterprise Vault has a Vault Store Group named VaultStoreGroups
 
Problem
In Backup Exec 2012 enumerating Enterprise Vault (EV) agent backup selection will hang on EV site if Enterprise Vault has a Vault Store Group (VSG) named VaultStoreGroups
 
Cause
Enterprise vault has a Vault Store Group named VaultStoreGroups.
 
 
Workaround:
 
Rename the Vault Store Group to anything other than VaultStoreGroups. Vault Store Group can be renamed from the properties of the Vault Store Group.
Restart Backup Exec Remote Agent Service on EV server after renaming the Vault Store Group.
