Status: Investigating/gathering information
Tech Note: More Information

Missing media has the following known root causes:

1. Failed Client-Side enabled backup, if the error is an 'Unknown error.'
2. Data Lifecycle Management deletes the image, and the create_image fails or doesn't run.

If the missing images do not have backup sets associated with them, the errors can be safely ignored.
