Remote Servers do not show up under 'Favorite Resources' in the backup selection list after upgrade to Backup Exec 2010 R3

Beremote logs from the remote server shows the following error:

There is a Hotfix available

This issue is observed even when that Hotfix 161270 is installed. And this issue is on standalone server and not on CAS-MMS setup.
