Scheduled NDMP jobs from a Celerra fail with 0xe000fe28

Attempting to run an NDMP Option policy based backup job from an EMC device to a Backup-to-disk (B2D) folder on a media server fails reporting the error 0xe000fe28. If the job is run manually instead of  via the set schedule, the job completes successfully.
