Me Too!I have the same issue
Product(s): Symantec System Recovery (formerly Backup Exec System Recovery) - SSR 2011, Symantec System Recovery (formerly Backup Exec System Recovery)
Severity: Minor functionality
Status: Private fix ready
Tech Note: More Information

Problem

With Symantec System Recovery (SSR) 2011 installed, it's possible to right-click on any file/folder and choose the 'Show Versions' option (see Figure 1 below). This should open up the 'Recovery My Files' user interface and list all available versions of that file/folder.

This feature is currently not working on x64 versions of Windows 7 and Windows 2008 R2 Server.

Environment

Windows 7 x64

Windows 2008 R2 Server

Solution

The only workaround currently available is to manually open up the SSR user interface and click on the 'Recovery My Files' link to search for available versions of any given file/folder.
