Problem

Following a missed backup in Symantec System Recovery (SSR) 2011, the status screen in the user interface (UI) is blank.

Solution

At the time of writing there is no workaround.

restore missing font file Arial.ttf to C:\Windows\FONTS

relaunch SSR
