In Backup Exec 2012, launching “Install Options and Licenses on this Backup Exec Server” takes a long time to be launched. It takes about 20 minutes (or even more) to launch this wizard.

this issue is fixed actually but needs intervention from Symantec Tech Support level 3 to adress it

please log a case and will be fixed in few days
