Problem

On "Create Custom Recovery Disk", adding driver for Emulex LPe1205 will fail.

The wizard finishes with "You have successfully created..." but click "Show Errors and Warnings", the error "Emulex LightPulse HBA - Storport Miniport Driver (5.2.50.007) - Failed to inject." was shown.

Solution

Please load manually after boot up Symantec Recovery Disk.
