Upgrading to BE 2012 from BE 2010 R2\R3 fails during upgrading SQL EXPRESS 2005 SP3 BKUPEXEC instance with error “V-225-53: ERROR: Failed to install SQL Express BKUPEXEC instance with error 29543”

BKUPINST2012.HTM install log shows the following:
