When this issue occurs, jobs that use the media as a source can fail. These jobs include Duplicate, Verify, and Restore.
When a job targeted to a Quantum DXi OST device fails with a connection dropped error, duplicate OST media are generated.

When a backup job of a remote server fails with a network connection error and it is targeted to a Quantum DXi OST device, a duplicate media created with the same name as the last OST media being written to is created.
