We are having the same issue, where it seems that the SEP 12 install removes the msvcr71.dll from system32...though again it's not on all machines just a handful... are there any updates to this issue? Cheers

how many domains are present? login into the SEPM using the working domain 1) Click Admin. 2) On the Admin page, click Domains right click on the disabled domain and click to administer it.
