Unscannable emails in Symantec Mail Security for SMTP

“We have set unscannable emails to be forwarded to Quarantine forum (using SMS 5.0.1.205). But some of legitimate emails are also considered as unscannable (might be because of the message/attachment format) and forwared to Quarantine, the issue is we are not able to release these legitimate emails...”
