Support case

I am unable to create support cases.  I have tried serveral times from different computers and different browsers.  Every time it throws an error when I try to submit the case.   And since that is the only way I can get support it is pretty frustrating...  
Anyone else having the same problem or has Symantec finally fixed it???

Same problem for me this morning

HTTP Status 500 -

Looks to be an issue on Symantec side.
