Why am I getting a Snapshot Full instead of a Full backup?

Running Backup Exec 2012 on Windows 2008 R2 server, backing up itself and 1 other Windows 2008 R2 server.  I have the backups scheduled to run a full backup once a week on Fridays with differential backups on the other days.  However, it seems that the last full backup was actually done in August, and since then all my "full" backup jobs have run as "Snapshot Full" jobs.   I've been using BE since about version 9, so I certainly understand how to configure and schedule backups, but I have no idea why this is happening! I do (sort of) understand the difference between a full and a snapshot full backup, but I don't understand what options I may have inadvertently selected, or what conditions might cause this behavior.

For snapshot backups earlier you need to select AOFO option under Advanced opeb Files. For server 2008 R2 it is by default a snapshot backup. This is by design.

Thanks
