George Winter's BIO:
George Winter has over 20 years of IT experience.  His current focus is on the technical aspects of Symantec NetBackup. Prior to joining Symantec, he was a System Support Engineer and Systems Engineer at Sun Microsystems, a Systems Engineer at Legato, and spent a number of years as a UNIX Systems Administrator.  George has authored a number of technical papers focusing on backup performance and VMware protection.  George has also provided technical breakout presentations at every VMworld conference since 2007.
