Since many of our Frontline support people and Tier II support technicians work with customised Mircosoft MMC consoles, it would be great if they could perform some base Altiris tasks via an MMC snap-in rather than having to launch a separate tool.
Why not
Let's say why not, but a web based application seems, for me, the easiest way to share & use a corporate tool.
