I would say you need a dns entry for your cluster ip (for administration). Then each virtual server in its group got a name resource and an ip resource. the best way then is to point with a dns alias to the virtual server name.

What AV product are you using? I would go to the client and make sure the latest definitions are installed then perform a full scan in Safe mode. Restart the machine in Normal mode and run a full scan again.
