Symantec ServiceDesk provides many benefits and exciting features and functions but one the one feature that many clients are asking for is the ability to search for incidents based on parameters. Today ServiceDesk provides the ability to enter an incident ID (process ID) or a task ID in a text box, but that is as far as it goes.
