I've been pushing Java 6 Update 29 with pretty good success but I've noticed on a few servers that it is showing as successfully installed from the installlog.csv but it does not appear in add/remove programs InstallLog.csv

I would recommend against using locations. There are performance considerations to doing this because your location list can get into thousands and tens of thousands. It might be workable if you disable hierarchy for the Locations ...
