    Hi TEam,

    please help me with below query.

    Is there any option to decrypt the disk, If the Symantec login screen is not available or system is unable to boot from the hard drive. 

    The drive is encrypted using symanbtec Endpoint encryption solution.

    Assuming you;re running SEE11, then it sounds to me like you require the SEE bootable recovery disk.  Instructions on how to create this can be found in the below article:
