Are you interested in using the latest features in Veritas Storage Foundation and Cluster Server version 6.0 before they are available? If you do, we have an excellent opportunity for you to participate and provide feedback for this release. There are four ways to participate:

1. Customers may review videos that demonstrate new 6.0 features.

2. Customers can connect to hosted VMs through SymDemo and test the features, without the need of downloading the images.

3. Customers may connect to the PM lab and test features on physical Solaris servers.

4. The last option is to download the traditional CAP binaries.

To join:

  1. Click the  'Request Membership' button on the Storage Foundation and Veritas Cluster Server 6.0 Beta Program group page.
  2. Complete the form (make sure you use your business email address).
  3. Please complete a current Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and send via email to sfha60beta@gmail.com.

We'll be taking all registrations through the group, then once the program kicks off, information, including videos and software connections, will be provided through private materials accessible to group members with NDA in place. Here's the link to the group:

@Zahid. I believe you have to be part of the beta program prior to viewing materials about the upcoming release.

@API - if you're looking for general Storage Foundation information, including product details, compatability and trialware for current versions, please start with the Symantec.com product page.

Thanks for participating in the community!

Thanks all for your interest in this program.  We will be setting up a private group to allow people to view the videos and provide us in product management your feedback.   If you are interested in helping us you will have to sign-up for the group.

Kimberley has been a great help in getting this started.  We will post a list of topics and the timeline for when they will be available as soon as we can.

Thanks everyone,

Hi everyone,

Thanks very much for your interest in the beta program. We've set up the Storage Foundation and Veritas Cluster Server 6.0 Beta Program group where you can request membership and download the Symantec Non-Disclosure agreement, if you're not certain that your company is covered under NDA.

To join:

  1. Click the  'Request Membership' button on the group page.
  2. Complete the form (make sure you use your business email address).
  3. Make sure your company is covered by an NDA agreement. Otherwise, download and complete the NDA agreement on the page.

We'll be taking all registrations through the group, then once the program kicks off, information, including videos and software connections, will be provided through private materials accessible to group members with NDA in place. Here's the link to the group:

http://www.symantec.com/connect/groups/storage-fou...

Additionally, I'll send a private message to everyone on this list to make sure that you get the information about how to request membership to the group.

Again, thanks for your interest and for participating in the community!

Best,

Kimberley

Thanks for participating in the community!

Hi everyone,

Thanks for your interest in the program! I left out one piece of information in the instructions below - where to send your Non Disclosure Agreement . When you've filled it out, please send to sfha60beta@gmail.com.

Hi All,

When you send in your signed NDA, please e-mail it from your work e-mail address.  This helps us track your NDA back to your group invitation request form.  We will be unable to allow people with standard yahoo.com, msn.com, homtmail.com and gmail.com e-mail addresses in, as we cannot ensure the company they work for is not on the excluded list.

Thanks for your help and understanding,

Anthony
