I cannot imagine how Symantec would publish documentation on how to migrate to another multipathing software.
Maybe ask EMC for such documentation?
I would guess as a start, you will have to disable all but one path at SAN level (i.e. remove zoning, disable hba) then remove SF DMP using Add/Remove programs.
After doing this, you should be able to follow EMC documentation to install and ...
