From the DataRSS
From the Data publishes and discusses statistics using Symantec Operations Readiness Tools (SORT) website user data. At a time when many companies are accumulating large, proprietary troves of data, the SORT team believes in sharing what we find with our user community when possible. We only share aggregate statistics; never information that could be tied to an individual customer or a small cohort. From the Data is written by Scott Kaiser, Senior Director of Engineering for SORT.
