With buildings accounting for 40 percent of global energy use and over one third of global greenhouse gas emissions, we recognize our responsibility to play a role in decreasing these impacts.

We are therefore very proud to announce that we have just LEED-certified our 20th facility! This certification, for one of our Mountain View, CA buildings, is part of Symantec’s ongoing goal to obtain LEED and Energy Star certifications for all owned or long-leased...

While Symantec’s corporate mission is cyber-security, its survival depends on broader measures of safety – including the long term welfare of its employees and customers.
