Being part of the User Group experience doesn't require a secret handshake, or any sort of painful or humiliating initiation. I infiltrated a meeting of the Salt Lake Endpoint Management User Group the other day and I had a pretty good time. I signed in, got my name tag (still virtually incognito because it didn't say "Ohzone" on it) and wandered over to the breakfast spread.
OK, maybe it wasn't a trip to Disneyland, but there were some pretty helpful demonstrations by other Symantec product users with time to discuss individual experiences and needs. There were Symantec product people on hand to answer questions.
