Hi,
I have noticed that OBM doesn't have it's own forum. In my experience this is a forum that may well get a fairly significant amount of use!
What do the community think?
Regards,
David.

When I try to PXE boot my desktops I get a PXE-E52 error. Proxy dhcp offers received. No Dhcp offers received
Same setup been working for almost 1 year now on different IBM/Lenovo laptops (T40-T43/T60-61/T400 and X40/60/61)
Now I need to image the Desktops and for some reason get above error, simultaneously a laptop would boot to pxe perfectly!
Desktop is a ThinkCentre MT-M S50 (8183-D7G) with an Intel PRO 1000 MT NIC
Server is Server 2003 running PXE and DHCP and Ghost Solution Suite 2.5 (prog ver 11.5.0.2113)
Anyone had similar issue?

The Super User Group in Cleveland on October 2, 2009 was a SUPER success!
We had approximately 100 customers in attendance from at least 5 User Groups: Cleveland, Columbus, Michigan, Pittsburgh, and Rochester. Surprisingly, there wasn't anyone there from Hawaii or Australia. Maybe next time.
Slides from the following Product Managers are attached to this blog:
Michael Grueber and Rene Kolga: Client Management Suite and Server Management Suite SP1
Miguel Perez: Deploying 7 Architecture and Migrating to 7
Also see KB Article:
https://kb.altiris.com/article.asp?article=47816&p=1
Hugo Parra: Deployment Solution
Jeremy Carter: Workflow
Vinny Buscarnera: ServiceDesk
If you attended the Super User Group, please post your comments and questions!
By the way, the ManageThis Band did not take home the big trophy as the Best Corporate Band but they did have a great time.

I have Active Directory sync enabled in ServiceDesk. It appears to import all my active directory users and all my active directory groups. However, it does not appear to be importing Active Directory group membership, and it does not appear to be applying SD permissions that are attached to AD groups.
If I browse my AD groups via the ServiceDesk console, my AD groups show no members. If I apply specific SD permission to an AD group, those permissions are not applied to the user accounts that are members of that group. This could be related to the fact that SD is not showing group membership correctly, but it might be a separate issue.
I took a test AD group and applied rights equivalent to "KB editor" to the AD group within ServiceDesk. I logged on as a member of that AD group and did not have KB edit rights. Then I manually added the user to the AD test...
