Advance filter setting can be quite complicated. It will be nice if instead of removing the old setting and creating modified setting instead, the GUI would have an "Edit" button next to the existing "Remove" button. The "Edit" button would restore selected filter set

Very often it is not easy to find out proper log entries about outage, errors and other events in Netbackup environment. There are too many logs, now located in three different areas: /usr/openv/netbackup/logs, /usr/openv/volmgr/debug and /usr/openv/logs plus bperror logs in /usr/openv/netbacku

It is very inconvenient to have different restore types for the same client in the Restore GUI. We have servers, which are running the same type of backup (Standard, for example). But those clients  have few policies with either different storage units (raw partition and regular tape library,

Sometimes we need to eject only full tapes from a tape library and leave  tapes, which still have available space, in a library till they will get full. But currently vault  does not have an option to select full tapes.  It would be nice to have an option to select only full tapes together with a

We are running certain policy backups every 4 hours. The partition contest is permanently changing. The files older than one day or sometimes older than few hours can be purged and totally new files can be created on the same partition. The size of the partition is ~800 GB each. If one partition b
