after removing the driver from the device manager, you can try clicking the refresh button if you are in a hurry, so you may not need to reboot the system.. then detection of the said  hardware will automatically loaded by windows...

Hi every one, i've experienced that too... Online status on the client side, but when you check in the console it is offline.. and vice versa.... i'm using an embeded database...

If you want to see what services are being hosted by a particular svchost.exe instance, you can use the tasklist command from the command prompt in order to see the list of services. tasklist /SVC
